In Memoriam



It is with a heavy heart that the Montgomery County Ethics Commission announces the passing of longtime member and former Chair Steven Rosen after a long illness. Mr. Rosen, who passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, graciously gave his time and intellect to the Commission from May 2014 through March 2021, serving as Chair from 2016 through 2018, followed by a year as the Vice Chair in 2019. His loss is sincerely felt by all who knew and worked with him.
