By Bus
Take Ride On Bus # 55 in the direction of the Germantown Transit Center from the Rockville Metro Station to the stop at E. Middle Lane and Maryland Ave.

By Metro
Take the Metro to Rockville Station (Red Line). Walk across Route 355 at East Middle Lane or you may take the Pedestrian bridge at the Metro stop. (If you take the Pedestrian Overpass, turn right on Monroe Street and continue to East Middle Lane.) Continue on East Middle Lane to Maryland Avenue. Turn right onto Maryland Avenue. The Library is on the plaza on your left at 21 Maryland Avenue.

Parking

Library patrons park for free at any of the three Rockville Town Square Garage locations, which are clearly labeled Garage A (letter A in green - accessible from Maryland Avenue entrance near Beall Avenue and from Hungerford Drive), Garage B (letter B in blue - accessible from the driveway between Gold's Gym and Pandora), and Garage C. Town Square garages are open 24 hours a day.

Parking is also free evenings after 7 p.m., on weekends and City of Rockville, Maryland holidays. Other garages and lots not owned by the City have varying rates and hours. Parking is also available at street meters.

If you are visiting the library select the 15 minutes free for library patrons option at garage pay stations, then go to the pay station in the library where free parking can be accessed for up to two hours. Patrons who wished to stay longer at the library can register again for up to two hours.
