The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) will open the next application process in January, 2024. This will be for the position of Firefighter/Rescuer I (Recruit). This hiring process is for Recruit Class 56, tentatively scheduled to begin January, 2025. This recruit class duration is 26 weeks.
