FOR RAINSCAPES REWARDS REBATE

The RainScapes Rewards Rebate Program offers rebates to property owners who install RainScapes techniques such as rain gardens, rain barrels, conservation landscaping and other approved projects that help control stormwater. The program is open to properties in Montgomery County outside the municipalities of Rockville, Gaithersburg and Takoma Park.

Note: Our rebates have increased! Our new rebate maximums are:

  • For Residential property: $7,500 maximum rebate (per parcel)
  • Commercial, HOAs, Multifamily, or Institutional property: $20,000 maximum rebate (per parcel)

Install & Complete the Project

Call MISS Utility

Follow all Legal & Program Requirements

Schedule a Final Inspection

Inspectors will review the project for Compliance

Submit Receipts

Organize and execute your receipt processing

Process Rebate Check
