Hauler/Collector Disposal Account Credit Application
Haulers or Collectors interested in opening a disposal account must
- Dispose of at least 20 tons per month year round, and
- Be a licensed hauler/collector in Montgomery County
If these two criteria are met, please email Jeanne Risher to discuss opening a disposal account.

Collections Noise Compliance
Montgomery County Code, Section 48-21(b) states "licensees and their employees shall not collect solid wastes in Montgomery County prior to 7 am (9 am on federal holidays and Sundays) nor collect solid wastes after 9 pm on any weekday (Monday through Sunday, including federal holidays); except that collections may be made at any time from business establishments such as commercial, industrial, institutional or other nonresidential use structures provided that there is no residential structure(s) within five hundred (500) feet of the solid wastes collection point."
