We've modernized the parking experience in Fenton Village in downtown Silver Spring! On November 3, 2025, Garage 4 officially transitioned from single-space parking meters to Pay-by-Plate parking. This upgrade makes it easier and more convenient to pay using on-site kiosks or the ParkMobile and Passport mobile apps — no need to return to your car!
