Where is the Wheaton Library Interim?
During the construction, an interim site is at located at 2400 Arcola Avenue, the site of the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad Ballroom at Wheaton Glen. The library hours will remain the same as the current branch hours: Monday – Thursday 9 am – 9 pm, Friday/Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, and Sunday 1 pm – 5 pm.
Can I still place holds with a pickup location of Wheaton Library Interim?
Yes. Wheaton is now available as a location to pick up your holds. Please place a hold on the materials through our catalog. Items will be available for pick up at the Wheaton Interim location.
Does Wheaton Library Interim have a bookdrop?
No. The Wheaton Interim location does not have a bookdrop. Books must be returned during its hours of operation.

Where is the Wheaton bookstore, operated by FOLMC, located?
During the Wheaton Library construction period, the Wheaton bookstore is located in the former Silver Spring Library at 8901 Colesville Road in Silver Spring. Visit www.folmc.org for hours and more information.
When will the Wheaton Library construction begin?
The old building was demolished in April 2017.
When will the new library open?
