Volunteer


Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer at the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center! Volunteers are an integral part of our organization, and help improve the quality of life for the animals here at the shelter. There are a number of ways to get involved with everything from handling animals to working with the public to helping with administrative tasks.


Programs
Volunteer Program - For individuals 18 and up.
SSL Hours Program - For youth 14-17, accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times


Groups
Groups interested in volunteering at the shelter are encouraged to contact the volunteer coordinator at [email protected].


 

For Current Volunteers

Current MCASAC volunteers can log into Digital Cheetah to check or change their volunteer schedule, sign up for new volunteer shifts, share photos, and check for important updates. Current Volunteers who have forgotten their log-in and password or Inactive Volunteers can request that it be e-mailed to them by contacting  [email protected].
