You have the option of obtaining the collision (accident) report two ways: by mail or in person.

Please note: The Police Department is required to verify that the person requesting the police report is an involved party in the incident. Also, under the Maryland Public Information Act, certain information is required to be redacted from a police report before it is released to a person. Therefore, to remain in compliance with Maryland law, reports cannot be purchased online.
