Montgomery County Law Enforcement personnel respond to thousands of false alarm calls yearly. These unnecessary responses result in an enormous burden in manpower and expense; which in turn reduces the time available to respond to real emergencies.

Pay by Mail

You may pay your false alarm fees by sending your check or money order to the False Alarm Reduction Section, P.O. Box 83399, Gaithersburg, MD 20833-3399. Make your check payable to Montgomery County, Maryland.
