Old Farm Creek Stream Restoration

As a part of Montgomery County's efforts to reduce pollution caused by stream erosion, restore degraded streams and enhance aquatic habitat the Department of Environmental Protection is planning and designing a  stream restoration project in a tributary to Old Farm Creek.  The project is located south of Executive Boulevard, west of Old Georgetown Road, and north of Neilwood Drive in North Bethesda.  The project was identified as a priority project in the Cabin John Watershed Study (2004).

Various public events will be held throughout the project phases for residents to learn about the project and to provide input on the design of the project.
