Quail Valley 2 Stormwater Pond
DEP selected the stormwater pond (Pond - 10884) within the Montgomery West community for upgrade. The retrofit project will add water quality features to the existing pond and restore the downstream stream channel, helping to reduce stormwater pollution draining to Great Seneca Creek.
A public meeting was held during the concept stage of this project for residents to learn about the project and to provide input on the design of the project. The County has also been in contact with the HOA board for the community.
