MCER NO. 16-13:  PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
                               Comprehensive Amendments to the 2001 Montgomery County Personnel Regulations

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation includes amendments to Sections 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 of the 2001 Montgomery County Personnel Regulations.  These amendments resulted from a comprehensive review of the Personnel Regulations by the Office of Human Resources. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 26-07.

MCER NO. 16-14:  PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
                               Water Quality Protection Charge

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation, which amends Executive Regulation 8-14AM, clarifies the eligibility criteria for a property owner to receive a Water Quality Protection Charge credit and changes the due date for submittal of both credit and financial hardship exemption applications; and generally amends the regulations related to the Water Quality Protection Charge. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 8-14AM.
