MCER NO. 5-17:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                           Troubled Properties
SUMMARY:  This proposed regulation was originally advertised in the June 1, 2017 Register.  It has been completely revised and this new version is now being advertised for comments.  The proposed regulation sets forth a methodology for designating Troubled Properties under Section 29-22(b)(2) of the Montgomery County Code, based on the severity and quantity of violations of Chapter 26, with said rental housing being subject to annual inspections and the requirement to develop and implement a corrective action plan under Section 29-22(c).

MCER NO. 11-18:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                             Requirements and Procedures for the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program
SUMMARY:  :  Chapter 25A of the Montgomery County Code, 2014, as amended, established the provisions of the Moderately Priced Housing (MPH) Law.  This regulation establishes the requirements and procedures for the administration of the MPH Law.  The regulation is applicable to subdivisions having a moderately priced dwelling unit (MPDU) requirement, to MPDUs which are sold, resold, or rented through the Program, and to households applying for eligibility to purchase or rent an MPDU.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation No. 13-05AM.
