                              Residential Systems Benefit Charges
SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes the calculated amount of solid waste generated per dwelling unit for single-family and multi-family dwellings.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 2-18
.

MCER NO. 16-19:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                              Establishment of Annual Rental Facility License Fees for Processing Class 1 and Class 2 Apartment Licenses
 
SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unity for Class 1 and Class 2 rental housing licenses and would supersede Expedited Bill 17-17 (in part).
