Establishment of Annual Rental Facility License Fees for Processing Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 Apartment Licenses
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unit for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 rental housing licenses. This temporary regulation is needed so that the appropriate licensing fees can be collected effective July 1.
