MCER NO. 31-19:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
                              Adoption of the 2018 International Building, Energy Conservation, Mechanical, Fuel-Gas, Residential, Swimming Pool
                                   and Spa and International Existing Buildings Codes 
 
SUMMARY:  This regulation adopts the 2018 editions of the International Building Code (IBC), the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), the International Mechanical Code (IMC), the International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC), the International Residential Code (IRC), the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC), and the International Existing Building Code (IEBC), with amendments.  It governs all buildings and structures within Montgomery County.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 4-15 AMII.

MCER NO. 2-20:   PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
                             Position Description for Director of Strategic Partnerships
 
SUMMARY:  This regulation abolishes the position description for Director, Criminal Justice Coordinating Commission and establishes a new position for Director of Strategic Partnerships, Office of the County Executive.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 12-07.
