Rental Assistance Regulation - Requirements for the Rental Assistance Program
SUMMARY: This regulation amends Sections 41A.05.01.01, 41A.05.01.02, 41A.05.01.03, 41A.05.01.04, 41A.05.01.05, 41A.05.01.06, 41A.05.01.07, 41A.05.01.08, 41A.05.01.09, 41A.05.01.10, and 41A.05.01.11 of the Code of Montgomery County Regulations to update the regulations concerning eligibility for and participation in the Rental Assistance Program consistent with the changes enacted in Bill 25-20, and to set conditions under which benefits may be discontinued or participants may be terminated from the program. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 5-02AM, in part.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 18-20AM was approved by the County Council according to Method 2 review process, effective as of May 27, 2021.
