MCER NO. 19-20:   ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES REGULATION
                          Functions, Powers and Duties-Regulation-Fee Schedules​
 
​SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Sections 02.42A.01, 02.42A.02, 02.42A.03, 02.42A.04, and 02.42A.05 of the Code of Montgomery County Regulations to update program and department titles, and fee schedules. Executive Regulation 19-20 Supersedes: Executive Regulations 21-98AM, 30-92, 31-92, 61-92 and 1-95, inpart.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 19-20 was approved by the County Council according to Method 1 review process, effective as of April 20, 2021.

                          Chief Services to End and Prevent Homelessness​
 
​SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Section 01A.104.05 of the Code of Montgomery County Regulations to modernize the definition of the position consistent with the statute. Executive Regulation 20-20 Supersedes Executive Regulation 31-03, in part.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 20-20 was approved by the County Council according to Method 1 review process, effective as of April 20, 2021.

​SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Section 15.15A.01 of the Code of Montgomery County Regulations to update the formatting. Executive Regulation 21-20 Supersedes Executive Regulation 7-10, in part.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 21-20 was approved by the County Council according to Method 1 review process, effective as of April 20, 2021.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 22-20 was approved by the County Council according to Method 1 review process, effective as of April 20, 2021.
