MCER NO. 17-21:   PROPOSED OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT​ REGULATION
                                  Adding Definitions in the Procurement Regulations 
 

SUMMARY:  Proposed regulation 17-21 modifies the definition of “Principal Place of Business” in the Procurement Regulations.  The proposed regulation will supersede Executive Regulation 2-15.

MCER NO. 18-21:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION​ REGULATION
                                     Water Quality Protection Charge
 

SUMMARY:  Proposed regulation 18-21 clarifies the definition of “treatment” and “treat” in the context of credits for the Water Quality Protection Charge, as already set forth in the County Code, Regulations, and other incorporated materials.  The proposed regulation will supersede Executive Regulation 4-18.
