Water Quality Protection Charge
SUMMARY: This regulation clarifies the definition of "treatment" and "treat" in the context of credits for the Water Quality Protection Charge, as already set forth in the County Code, Regulations, and other incorporated materials. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 4-18.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 18-21 was approved by the County Council according to Method 1 review process, effective April 26, 2022.

Residental Systems Benefit Charges
SUMMARY: The regulation establishes the calculated amount of solid waste generated per dwelling unit for single-family and multi-family dwellings. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 7-21.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 6-22 was approved by the County Council according to Method 2 review process, effective July 1, 2022.
