MCER NO. 12-22:      PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES  ​ REGULATION
                                 Extension of the Sunset Date of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations
 
SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation amends Section 2 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to extend the sunset date of the Personnel Regulations until September 1, 2026. This extension of the Regulations is necessary in order to allow time for review and amendment of the Regulations as necessary. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 12-22T.

MCER NO. 19-22:    PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES ​ REGULATION

                                 Reports to Inspector General Process Amendments
 
SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation amends Section 3 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to clarify the authority of the Inspector General (IG) related to certain violations and protections for employees who provide information or cooperate with the IG. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 16-13, in part.

MCER NO. 20-22:    PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ​ REGULATION
                                 Rental Assistance Benefits - Increase in Benefits
 
SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation updates COMCOR Section 41A.05.01.04; makes formatting changes to COMCOR Sections 41A.05.01.02, 41A.05.01.04, and 41A.05.01.06; and corrects a typographical error in COMCOR Section 41A.05.01.09.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 10-21.

                                 Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program
SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation will provide an adjustment to the various calculation factors that set the price that developers can sell for-sale MPDUs.
