MCER NO. 4-22: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION AND REHABILITATION REGULATION
                            Intervention Program for Substance Abusers Fee
SUMMARY:  This regulation provides for elimination of fees for the operations of the Intervention Program for Substance Abusers.  The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 21-92.  

ACTION:  
Executive Regulation 4-22, was promulgated according to the Method 3 process and became effective July 21, 2023.

MCER NO. 5-22: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION AND REHABILITATION REGULATION
                            Alternative Community Service Fee
SUMMARY:  This regulation will eliminate the fees for the program to encourage participation.  The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 14-08.

Executive Regulation 5-22, was promulgated according to the Method 3 process and became effective July 21, 2023.

MCER NO. 2-23 : ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGULATION
                            Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Matching Grant Program
SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes policies and procedures for the administration of the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (“SBIR/STTR”) Matching Grant Program.  

ACTION:  
Executive Regulation 2-23 was approved according to Method 2 review process and became  effective June 11, 2023.

Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 20.75 and 20.76E Method 2.

MCER NO. 9-23 : ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
                            Employee Drug and Alcohol Use and Drug and Alcohol Testing - Amendments
SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Section 32 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to comply with updated FTA requirements for drug and alcohol testing.  The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 14-17.  

ACTION:  
Executive Regulation 9-23 was approved according to Method 2 review process and became effective July 18, 2023.

MCER NO. 10-23 : ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                            Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program
SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes revised base pricing standards for for-sale Moderately Priced Dwelling Units (MPDUs).  The regulation simplifies the pricing requirements and allows for annual adjustments to the base standards.  The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 21-22.  

ACTION:  
Executive Regulation 10-23 was approved according to Method 1 review process and became effective July 18, 2023.
