Systems Benefit Charges - Residential Waste Estimates
SUMMARY: This regulation establishes the calculated amount of solid waste generated per dwelling unit for single-family and multi-family dwellings. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 6-22.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 8-23 was approved according to Method 2 review process, effective July 1, 2023.
AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD: Montgomery County Code, 2014, 48-8 and 48-8A Method 2.
