MCER NO. 3-23: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
Reports to Inspector General Process Amendments
SUMMARY: This regulation amends Section 3 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to clarify the authority of the Inspector General (IG) related to certain violations and protections for employees who provide information or cooperate with the IG. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 26-07, in part.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 3-23 was approved according to Method 2 review process, effective May 9, 2023.
