Sales Prices of Moderately Proced Dwelling Units - Moderately Priced
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation provides technical and stylistic corrections to the provisions of Executive Regulation 21-22 which established the requirements and procedures for setting sales prices for the Moderately Priced D2elling Unit Program. This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 21-22.
