SUMMARY:  This proposed regulation establishes the procedures for Rent Stabilization.

MCER NO. 3-24:  PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES REGULATION
                              Crime Victim Compensation Fund - Alterations
 
SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation updates the name of a program in COMCOR Section 02.42A.01.01; states that a deceased victim’s final disposition costs may be compensated from the fund in COMCOR Section 02.42A.01.04; increases the Crime Victim Compensation Fund maximum amount of compensation in COMCOR Section 02.42A.01.05; and makes conforming changes to COMCOR Section 02.42A.01.06.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 19-20.
