  • Employee Satisfaction & Interest Survey 2015
    Please take this brief survey and tell us what you would like to see in the wellness program, what is going well, and what we could improve. The survey will remain open through June 30 and prizes are available! 
     
  • Upcoming Events:
    • Wellness Wednesdays: Wellness Wednesdays will continue through the summer! Sign up to receive quick, easy health and wellness tips, delivered straight to your inbox every Wednesday!
       
    • 101 Days of Summer Wellness Challenge: Register today! You'll receive weekly wellness newsletters with super summer tips, recipes, and challenges. Participants who track their participation in at least 12 of the 15 challenges will be eligible for a Wellness Prize Pack drawing!  The fun kicks off the week of Memorial Day and lasts until Labor Day.
       
    • Blood Pressure Screenings: Stop by for a free, confidential blood pressure screening. No appointments necessary!

& participating agency employees.
FOP Members are ineligible to participate in Live Well programs.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

ComPsych ImagePersonal issues, planning for life events, and simply managing daily life can affect your work, health and family. ComPsych® GuidanceResources®, the County's EAP provider, offers support, resources and information for personal and work-life issues. Free confidential counseling, financial information and resources, legal support and resources, work-life solutions, and free online will preparation are available to employees and their families.
 
Care Coordinators are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist you and your household members to identify and resolve any problem, no matter the size.
