Business Opportunities
What Kind of Business Opportunities Are Available Through OES?
As part of its ongoing efforts to green the County’s operational portfolio, the DGS offers a variety of business and partnership opportunities related to energy and sustainability.
Montgomery County purchases of electricity and other energy attributes (e.g., renewable energy certificates) are covered by Chapter 11B of the County Code and the Montgomery County Electricity Procurement Regulations. These requests for energy proposals are handled directly by the Office of Energy and Sustainability (OES) and are not covered by the Office of Procurement.
Additional relevant public-private partnership opportunities or opportunities for green products or services may also be posted on this page. Please visit frequently to be aware of the latest information.
Current Opportunities
