MCEO NO. 351-07: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORTATION - Abandonment of Portion of Unimproved Sleaford Road, Chevy Chase Section 4-D Subdivision, Chevy Chase. A public hearing was held at 3:00 PM on Monday, January 28, 2008, in the Lobby Level Conference Room of the Executive Office Building, 101 Monroe St., Rockville, Maryland, 20850, to consider an application received from Mr. Suhail S. Hishmeh and Mr. Tomas Bermudez, the applicants, seeking abandonment of a portion of unimproved Sleaford Road, Chevy Chase Section 4-D subdivision, in Chevy Chase. After the hearing, the Hearing Officer reported his findings and recommendations to the County Executive for further consideration as prescribed by County Code. Effective Date: 11/26/07.

A public hearing was held at 2:45 PM on Monday, January 28, 2008, in the Lobby Level Conference Room of the Executive Office Building, 101 Monroe St., Rockville, Maryland, 20850, to consider an application received from Holland & Knight on behalf of its client, Mid-Atlantic Golf/Norbeck LLC, the applicant, seeking abandonment of a portion of Norbeck Avenue, Bradford's Rest Subdivision, in Olney. After the hearing the Hearing Officer reported his/her findings and recommendations to the County Executive for further consideration as prescribed by County Code.
