MCEO NO. 195-09: DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Acceptance of Deed of Easement with CSX Transportation, Inc. Father Hurley Boulevard Extended, CIP NO. 500516. The Deed of Easement between CSX Transportation, Inc. and Montgomery County, Maryland for the granting of easements for the above-referenced project is hereby accepted. Deed of Easement obtained in the amount of $355,650.00. The County Attorney is hereby directed to take all necessary steps to settle the easements. Effective Date: 9/25/09
MCEO NO. 196-09: DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE - Fire Lane Establishment Order to post fire lane signs and paint curbs/pavement (painting optional) as identified below. When signs and paint work have been completed, this order will authorize the enforcement of this Fire Lane by appropriate police and fire officials. Location: Ourisman Ford, Montgomery Mall, 10401 Motor City Dr. Signs must be posted so that it is not possible to park a vehicle without being in sight of a sign. Signs may be no farther apart than 100 feet. Effective Date: 5/15/09

The Forest Conservation Easement agreement among Martin Seldeen, Trustee, the Montgomery County Planning Board of the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission and Montgomery County, Maryland for the granting of easements for the above-referenced project is hereby accepted. The County Attorney is hereby directed to take all necessary steps to settle the easements. Effective Date: 10/06/09
MCEO NO. 201-09: DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES - Street Acceptance of Roads for Maintenance MCDPS Permit Nos. 206373, 219499 and 237500. This Executive Order certifies that construction of the following named streets has been completed in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Montgomery County Road Construction Code as specified in the above-captioned permit. The materials used in the construction of these streets were tested and found to be in compliance with County specifications. Subdivision: Kensington Heights, Moore Lane, Subdivision: King's Crossing, Autumn Rust Road, Bubbling Spring Road, Bubbling Spring Terrace, and Hoyles Mill Road. Subdivision: Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, Old Vic Boulevard. It is recommended that Montgomery County Maryland accept the roads described above for maintenance. Effective Date: 9/25/09
MCEO NO. 202-09: DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Randolph Road From Rock Creek to Charles Road (CIP No. 500910). The County Executive finds that public interest requires the construction for safety improvements on Randolph Road from Rock Creek to Charles Road located in Silver Spring, Maryland, lying within the Thirteenth Election District. A Public Hearing was held on the project at 3:00 pm on January 29, 2009. The Hearing Examiner recommended approval of the project. Unless otherwise approved by the County, expenditures authorized by this Order plus expenditures accrued to date for this project shall not exceed $2,246,000 and shall be made payable from funds appropriated for CIP Project No. 500910. Effective Date: 10/01/09

Subdivision: Greenway Village: Basswood Hill Drive, Birch Mead Road, Cypress Spring Road, Walnut Haven Drive, and Winged Elm Drive. Subdivision: Clarksburg Heights: Fair Garden Lane, Ginger Tree Way, Little Seneca Parkway, and Trentworth Way. Subdivision: Summerfield Crossing, Seneca Ayr Drive, and Ethel Rose Way. Subdivision: North Bethesda Center, Boylston Street. Subdivision: Bradley Hills Grove, Blaisdell Road. MCEO NO. 209-09: DEPARTMENT OF TECHNOLOGY SERVICES - Set Cable Television Rates Pursuant to FCC Form 1240. This Executive Order sets cable television rates for the Basic Service Tier pursuant to FCC form 1240 filed October 1, 2008. Effective Date: 10/22/09
MCEO NO. 221-09: DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE - Public Hearing - Update to the Fire-Rescue Master Plan. A public hearing will be held before the Fire Chief or his designee at 7 PM on Monday, November 30, 2009 at the Executive Office Building Lobby Auditorium, 101 Monroe Street, Rockville, Maryland 20850 to consider a draft document titled "update to the Fire, Rescue, Emergency medical Services, and Community Risk Reduction master Plan. The draft document includes proposed changes to response time goals, delivery of advanced life support services, and four-person staffing implementation, among other changes. The document also proposes additional recommendations addressing various aspects of fire-rescue related risks. Major revisions, additions and deletions being proposed in the document could require amendment(s) to the "Fire, Rescue, Emergency Medical Services, and Community Risk Reduction Master Plan." The draft document may be viewed at the Fire and Rescue Service headquarters located at 101 Monroe Street, any County Regional Services Center, or on-line at http://www.mcfrs.org/. After the aforesaid Public Hearing, the hearing officer shall report his/her findings and recommendations to the Fire Chief or his designee for further consideration as prescribed by County Code.
