Order for Traffic Control Signs directs to install and/or remove the following traffic and/or parking control devices at the designated locations. Remove Speed Limit 25 MPH on Neelsville Church Road from Frederick Road to Blunt Road. Remove No Parking Any Time on the north side of Neelsville Church Road from a point approximately 1070' east of Frederick Road (MD. 355) to Frederick Road (MD. 355) and on both sides of Shakespeare Boulevard from Frederick Road (MD. 355) to Neelsville Church Road. Install Speed Limit 25 on Neelsville Church Road from Frederick Road (MD 355) to Scenery Drive (end of road). Install No Parking Any Time on both sides of Neelsville Church Road from Frederick Road (MD 355) to Shakespeare Boulevard and on the north side of Shakespeare Boulevard from 175' east of Frederick Road (MD 355) to Frederick Road (MD 355). Remove Four-Way Stop on Blunt Road, Neelsville Church Road and Watkins Mill Road so as to require all traffic to stop at the intersection. Remove Speed Limit 30 MPH on Shakespeare Boulevard between Frederick Road (MD 355) and Neelsville Church Road. Remove Stop on Shakespeare Boulevard so as to require southeast bound traffic to stop at Neelsville Church Road. Install Speed Limit 30 on Shakespeare Boulevard from Frederick Road (MD 355) to Germantown Road. Install All-Way Stop at the intersection of Neelsville Church Road and Shakespeare Boulevard. Wright and Judy A. Wright and Montgomery County Maryland for the purchase of land for the above-referenced project is hereby accepted. The County Executive hereby directs the Department of General Services and the County Attorney to take all steps necessary to acquire land described herein. Effective Date: 06/07/10

MCEO NO. 133-10: DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Condemnation Authorization Jack F. Poole and Susan R. Poole Woodfield Road Extended Project CIP No. 500151. The described property is need by the Montgomery County Department of Transportation for the Woodfield Road Extended Project; and Montgomery County and the owners of said property have been unable to reach an agreement on the price to be paid for the property; and the County Attorney is hereby directed to acquire by condemnation the following property, such acquisition being necessary for the Woodfield Road Extended Project.
