MCER 24-04: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION - Adoption of the 2003 IBC, IRC, IECC, IMC, and IFGC

SUMMARY: The proposed regulation adopts the latest sets of ICC codes regulating building construction. It replaces the 2000 version of the codes listed above with amendments. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulations 35-01 and 36-01.

MCER 25-04: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION - Adoption of the 2002 National Electrical Code

SUMMARY: The proposed regulation adopts the 2002 edition of the National Electrical Code. It replaces the 1996 version of the standard with amendments. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 6-96.
