MCER NO. 6-05: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORTATION REGULATION - Taxicab Fines SUMMARY: This regulation sets a schedule of fines for violations of Chapter 53 of the Montgomery County Code. ACTION: Executive Regulation 6-05, Taxicab Fines, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective July 26 2005. AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD: Montgomery County Code, 1994, Section 53-603(b). Method 2.
