Bill 14-04, Taxicab Amendments This bill updates the regulation of the taxicab industry, allows issuance of additional licenses, requires certain customer service standards and allows certain actions to be taken if these standards are not adhered to and generally amends the law governing the licensing and regulation of taxicabs.

Bill 22-04, Health Fitness Center Defribrillators This bill requires certain commercial fitness centers to have an Automated External Defibrillator and staff trained in its use available on the premises under certain circumstances. Effective: July 1, 2005.
Bill 34-04,
This bill eliminates the exception for lobbyist registration related to Cable Communications.
