MCER NO. 12-05: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION REGULATION - Department of Recreation Fee Procedure SUMMARY: This regulation identifies the guidelines and procedures that will be used by the Department of Recreation to determine fees to be charged for their programs and facilities. The adopted regulation supersedes 2-94AM. ACTION: Executive Regulation 12-05, Department of Recreation Fee Procedure, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective January 24, 2006. MCER NO. 16-05AM: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION - Integrated Emergency Command Structure (IECS) SUMMARY: This regulation adopts an integrated emergency command structure that provides a chain of command for use in the control of all incidents, and applies to MCFRS personnel. The text adopts the recently reorganized MCFRS operational structure to a Standardized Incident Management System making it consistent with the regional, state, and national emergency management plan. This regulation conforms to the legislative intent of Section 21-1(a)(3) of the County Code. The adopted regulation supersedes 3-05T and 2-01. ACTION: Executive Regulation 16-05AM, Integrated Emergency Command Structure (ICES), was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective December 6, 2005.
