MCER NO. 14-06: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORTATION REGULATION - Taxicab Geographic Areas of Service Exceptions SUMMARY: The proposed regulation defines taxicab geographic areas of service for taxicabs under Chapter 53, Section 53-110(b) (3) of the Montgomery County Code.
