MCER NO. 24-05:  ADOPTED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION - Amendments to Personnel Regulations to Include a Salary Schedule for Medical Doctors

SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Montgomery County Personnel Regulations Section 9, Classification, and Section 20, Employee Compensation, to add references to a new salary schedule for medical doctors.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 24-05, Amendments to Personnel Regulations to include a Salary Schedule for Medical Doctors, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 1 process, effective June 27, 2006.

AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 1994, Section 33-7(b).

MCER NO. 25-05:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION REGULATION - Disruptive Behavior - Recreation Programs

SUMMARY:  This regulation authorizes the Department of Recreation to restrict the participation of disruptive persons in County-sponsored recreational programs.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 25-05, Disruptive Behavior - Recreational Programs, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective August 10, 2006.

MCER NO. 2-06AM:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION  REGULATION - Clean Energy Rewards Program

SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes the procedure for implementing a Clean Energy Reward Program for residents and businesses in Montgomery County.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 2-06AM, Clean Energy Rewards Program, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 1 process, effective August 10, 2006.

MCER NO. 8-06:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGULATION - Home Computer Telecommuting Incentive Personal Property Business Tax Credit

SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes a procedure to determine and verify a tax credit against the personal property tax.  The tax credit applies to employers who purchase a new computer or new laptop computer to establish a new off-site employee workstation.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 8-06, Home Computer Telecommuting Incentive Personal Property Business Tax Credit, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective June 27, 2006.

AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 1994, Section 52-180.
