In accordance with Section 33-105(b) of the Montgomery County Code, the Director, Office of Human Resources, has determined that the following job class is to be included in the Office, Professional and Technical collective bargaining unit of representation. Lead Revenue Counter, Grade 13 Any individual or agent of a representative certified under the County Collective Bargaining Law disagreeing with this determination may file an objection with Montgomery County Labor Relations Administrator, Andrew Strongin, P.O. Box 5779, Takoma Park, Maryland 20913. Objections must be filed within 10 days of publication of this Register. |
