Joseph Adler, Director Office of Human Resources Date: January 25, 2008 A new job class of Housing Code Inspector III, Grade 23 has been created. In accordance with Section 33-105(b) of the Montgomery County Code, the Director of the Office of Human Resources has determined that this job class does not fall under one of the exclusions provided in Section 33-102(4) and is therefore included in the Office, Professional and Technical (OPT) collective bargaining unit of representation.
Any individual or agent of the representative certified under County law to represent the OPT bargaining unit who disagrees with this determination may file an objection with Andrew Strongin, the Montgomery County Labor Relations Administrator, at 4601 North Park Avenue, #908, Chevy Chase, Maryland 20815. Objections must be filed within 10 days of publication of this Register.

A new job class of Public Policy Intern, Grade 18 has been created. The Director of the Office of Human Resources has determined under Section 33-105(b) of the Montgomery County Code that the job class must be excluded from the Office, Professional, and Technical (OPT) bargaining unit because the class will be populated by positions assigned to the Office of Human Resources.
Any individual or agent of the representative certified under County law to represent the OPT bargaining unit who disagrees with this determination may file an objection with Andrew Strongin, the Montgomery County Labor Relations Administrator, at 4601 North Park Ave. #908, Chevy Chase, Maryland 20815.
