MCER NO. 14-06: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORTATION REGULATION - Taxicab Geographic Areas of Service SUMMARY: This regulation establishes specific boundaries for taxicab service. Fleets and associations will be required to provide customer service data for each of the defined geographic areas. The specific requirements for the customer service data appear in a separate regulation. ACTION: Executive Regulation 14-06 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective March 4, 2008. SUMMARY: This regulation adopts by reference, the most recent effective Flood Insurance Studies (FIS) and Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and updates references to the Annotated Code of Maryland, and State agencies, and County agencies. The adopted regulation supersedes 24-06T, 108-92AM. ACTION: Executive Regulation 24-06AM was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective February 27, 2007. SUMMARY: This regulation provides a schedule of fees for the Department of Public Works and Transportation to charge applicants for the administration and plan/document review activities of the executive branch review of the transportation-related elements of proposed subdivision plans - up through and including the preliminary plan phase. This regulation was promulgated to provide the necessary revenues to offset the costs for the services supplied. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 28-06. ACTION: Executive Regulation 28-06AM was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective July 1, 2008. SUMMARY: This regulation designates those public employees that the County Executive requires to file a public, limited public, or confidential financial disclosure statement. This amendment constitutes the annual revision of this regulation and establishes a process for identifying specific employees who must file a financial disclosure statement. The adopted regulation supersedes 25-06. ACTION: Executive Regulation 27-07 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective March 4, 2008.
