MCER NO. 19-08AM: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION Development Impact Tax For Public Schools SUMMARY: This regulation clarifies definitions and terms used in Sections 52-87 through 52-94; describes the application process, including payment of taxes; describes the process for obtaining impact tax credits and refunds; assigns responsibility for interpreting Sections 52-87 through 52-94 in unusual cases or circumstances; and explains applicability to pending permit applications. ACTION: Executive Regulation 19-08AM was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective July 29, 2008.
