MCER NO.12-09AM: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION Establishment of Annual Registration Fee for Common Ownership Communities SUMMARY: This regulation establishes the annual registration fee for common ownership communities. The fee must be set at an amount sufficient to fund the provision of dispute resolution and technical assistance by the Office of consumer Protection. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 9-02. ACTION: Executive Regulation 12-09AM, was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective November 17, 2009.
