MCER NO. 5-11T: TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation corrects the application filing fee for commercial building permits in sections I.C.1. and II.C.1 by inserting the minimum filing fee which was omitted in Executive Regulation 5-11AMII. This regulation superseded Executive Regulation 5-11AMII and became effective 7/25/11. AUTHORIZATION: Montgomery County Code, 2004, Section 8-13, 8-14, 8-24b, 8-28, 17-2, 17-10, 17-20, 27a-5(E), 22-13, 47-2, 47-4.
