MCER NO. 5-11AMIII: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION Schedule of Fees for Permits, Licenses and Certifications-Method 2 SUMMARY: This regulation corrects the application filing fee for commercial building permits in sections I.C.1. and II.C.1 by inserting the minimum filing fee which was omitted in Executive Regulation 5-11AMII The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 5-11AMII. ACTION: Executive Regulation 5-11AMIII was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective October 4, 2011.
