Group Residential Care Facilities
SUMMARY: This regulation is established in order to comply with Federal Law and County Bill 40-11 which removes the County licensure requirement for group homes for developmentally disabled adults. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 59-91.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 2-12 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 1 review process, effective October 16, 2012.
