MCER NO. 13-12:  PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
                          MCPR Amendments on Employee Drug and Alcohol Use and Drug and Alcohol Testing

SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Section 32 of the Personnel Regulations to incorporate changes for safety-sensitive transit employees requested by the Maryland Transit Administration in order for the County to be in compliance with Federal Transit Administration requirements.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 9-10.

MCER NO. 14-12:  PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
                          Miscellaneous Amendments to the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations

SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Sections 6, 8, 32, and Appendix F of the 2001 Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to correct errors, omissions and typos, delete unnecessary language, and update certain provisions. These amendments resulted from a review of the Personnel Regulations by the Office of Human Resources.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 12-00AMII, in part and Executive Regulation 9-10.

MCER NO. 15-12:  PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION
                          Emergency Medical Service Reimbursement Program

SUMMARY:  This Regulation establishes:  (1) An emergency medical services transport reimbursement schedule; and (2) a requirement that an individual who receives an emergency medical services transport provide certain information and execute an assignment of certain health insurance benefits.
