SUMMARY: This regulation provides generally for the framework for the FY14 and FY15 Economic Development Strategic Plan for Montgomery County MD.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 7-13AM was approved by the County Council according to the Method 1 review process, effective May 6, 2014.
AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD: Montgomery County Code, 2004, Section 20.76.01.01. Method 1.

SUMMARY: This regulation establishes the amount of the civil penalty for anyone who commits a violation recorded by a school bus safety camera. The civil penalty is authorized by §21-706.1 of the Transportation Article of the Maryland Code.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 18-13 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective May 6, 2014.

SUMMARY: The purpose of this regulation is to establish adoption fees for animals that are adopted from the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center.
ACTION: Executive Regulation, 29-13, was promulgated according to the Method 3 process and became effective May 20, 2014.

SUMMARY: This regulation establishes a selection process and procedure to allow service providers access to County employees to offer and sell supplemental products and services to County employees that are not part of the County’s employee benefits plan.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 1-14AM was approved by the County Council according to the Method 1 review process, effective May 13, 2014.

SUMMARY: This regulation amends COMCOR 20.41.01 to modify the service charge for dishonored checks or drafts. The adopted regulation supersedes 50-92.
ACTION: Executive Regulation, 5-14, was promulgated according to the Method 3 process and became effective May 7, 2014.
