MCER NO. 12-13: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGULATION
Residential Permit Parking Guidelines

SUMMARYThe proposed regulation sets guidelines for establishment of residential permit parking on county maintained roads where on-street parking generated by public facilities or commercial districts has adversely affected residents.  Guidelines cover which areas can be designated, request procedures and the permit process.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 44-90

MCER NO. 26-13: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGULATION
                                Montgomery County Regulation on Development Impact Tax for Transportation Improvement  

SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends Executive Regulation 9-09 to clarify, and expand the elements of the hiker-biker trail impact tax credit, clarify the elements of the expanded transit cent or park-and-ride lot credit and add new regulations concerning the bike sharing station impact tax credit.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 9-09.

MCER NO. 29-13: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF POLICE REGULATION
                                 Adoption of Fees for Animal Services and Adoption Center Animals

SUMMARY: The proposed regulation set established fees for animals that are adopted from the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center.

MCER NO. 5-14: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGULATION
                             Dishonored Check Fees

SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends COMCOR 20.41.01 to modify  the service charge for dishonored checks or drafts.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 50-92.
