Before and After School Childcare Programs in Public Schools
SUMMARY:
This regulation implements Resolution No. 19-13, which was adopted by the Board of Education of Montgomery County on January 8, 2013. Resolution No. 19-13 delegates to the Interagency Coordinating Board for the Community Use of Public Facilities the authority to schedule the before and after school childcare programs in Montgomery County Public School facilities.
ACTION:
Executive Regulation 15-14AMIII was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective January 3, 2015, Sunset Date January 3, 2016.
